Optional OpenAI advertising measurement

If you allow it, the OpenAI Measurement Pixel records successful service and site-walk requests and clicks on our phone number. A phone click indicates an intent to call, not a connected call or a completed sale. Our event calls do not include the text of your service request.

OpenAI also uses automatic advanced matching: the Pixel can detect supported customer information entered on this website, normalize and hash it in your browser, and include those hashed values with conversion events. Raw customer information is not sent through this automatic matching. This can help match a conversion when an ad-click reference is unavailable. After a request is saved, our server can also report it with hashed email and phone details and available ad references, using the same consent choice. A shared event reference prevents the browser and server reports from counting the request twice.

The Pixel uses an ad-click reference and browser information to attribute events to ChatGPT ads. Its first-party cookies include __oppref, which can last 30 days, and __obref, which can last 365 days. Browser settings may shorten those periods. Turning this measurement off stops future events and removes these Pixel cookies. With your consent, the site also keeps the ad-click reference in browser storage for up to 30 days so it can follow your enquiry between pages, including when the Pixel cannot load. Turning measurement off removes this stored reference too.

OpenAI measurement starts only after you allow it and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Changing this choice does not change the existing Google measurement described above.

Marketing attribution

The site may store campaign details from the current visit, including Google click IDs, GBRAID, WBRAID, and UTM parameters. These details help connect a contact request to the page or campaign that brought the visitor to the site.
