Information collected

Elwin collects information that visitors choose to submit through the site, including name, email address, phone number, property type, requested services, service or property address, property size, timeline, and other context related to a site walk or service request.

The site also uses Google Ads and Google Analytics to collect information about page visits, link clicks, phone or email clicks, form interactions, referral source, and marketing attribution such as Google click IDs and UTM parameters.

How Elwin uses information

Elwin uses submitted information to create and manage service or project records, respond to requests, coordinate appointments, document work, connect related billing records, understand the property context, communicate with prospective clients, and improve the website and advertising performance.

Marketing attribution helps Elwin understand which pages, ads, or search terms led to a request. It is used for business measurement, not to sell personal information.

Service providers

Elwin uses service providers to operate the website and receive contact requests. These may include website hosting, Sytmap for operational service and project records, email delivery, Google Maps Platform address suggestions, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related measurement tools.

These providers process information for site operation, service coordination, project administration, analytics, lead delivery, security, and business measurement. Elwin does not publish or sell contact form submissions.

When address suggestions are available, text entered in the service address field is processed by Google Maps Platform to return matching addresses. Google's Privacy Policy and Maps Platform Terms describe how Google handles that information.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses limited browser storage for functional behavior, such as remembering that the cookie notice was acknowledged and preserving contact-form confirmation behavior. Google Ads and Analytics may also use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and attribution.

Read the Cookie Notice for more detail about analytics, ads tracking, and attribution.

Retention

Elwin keeps submitted information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, manage business records, understand advertising performance, and meet operational or legal needs. Exact retention periods may vary by record type and business context.

Your choices

Browser settings, browser extensions, device settings, and Google account controls may allow visitors to block or delete cookies, local storage, and advertising identifiers.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help, contact Elwin at sales@elwinsecurity.com.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Some browsers offer Do Not Track settings. Elwin's website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a separate or automated way.

Elwin uses Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure site activity, advertising performance, and lead attribution. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about visits to this site and other sites over time. Visitors can manage cookies through browser settings and Google account or ad settings.

Policy updates

Elwin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the website, business operations, or legal requirements change. When the policy is updated, Elwin will revise the Last updated date on this page.

Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.

Plan the system around the property.

Security systems integration and installation should start with the building conditions, not a disconnected product list.
